Section 4 says:
3. The nominating committee comprises at least a Chair, 10 voting
volunteers, 3 liaisons, and an advisor.
It should say:
3. The nominating committee comprises at least a Chair, 10 voting
volunteers, two liaisons, and an advisor.
Notes:
The ISOC liaison is optional. Saying "at least ... two" is future-proof.
