Section 6.3.1 says:

       RTTVAR <- (1 - RTO.Beta) * RTTVAR + RTO.Beta * |SRTT - R'| SRTT
       <- (1 - RTO.Alpha) * SRTT + RTO.Alpha * R'

It should say:

       RTTVAR <- (1 - RTO.Beta) * RTTVAR + RTO.Beta * |SRTT - R'|, and
       SRTT <- (1 - RTO.Alpha) * SRTT + RTO.Alpha * R'

Notes:

Currently, it looks like the second equation is part of the first one.
