           encoding [1] IA5String OPTIONAl -- e.g. quoted-printable

It should say:

           encoding [1] IA5String OPTIONAL -- e.g. quoted-printable

Notes:

The word OPTIONAL has a lower case l at the end instead of an upper case L

It should say:

ESC 22 43
