2024-02-28: questions sent to author. 2024-03-06: Asked the ISE for approval of a technical update (the "A||C a concatenation of ..." line). 2024-03-09: The ISE replied re. the "A||C a concatenation of ..." line but had a further question. 2024-03-12: Asked the ISE for approval of additional technical updates to the list of notations in Section 3. 2024-03-13: Per the ISE, we will need to hold this document until one or two OIDs are sorted out. 2024-04-12: Checked in with the ISE to confirm that we need to continue holding this document until one or two OIDs are sorted out. 2024-04-12: The ISE replied same day that yes, this document must be held until we have officially assigned OIDs. 2024-04-24: The ISE approves the remaining "too long" lines, as they only affect the text output (and only slightly) and do not set any precedent. Also, the UTF-8 characters in this document are OK. Final ISE approval is pending review of additional updates sent by the author earlier this morning. Author approval is pending as well. 2024-04-26: The ISE approved the document in its current form. If any further changes are made, we'll ask for confirmation of approval.
