Asked Dirk Kutscher if he has any preference in this regard. Note: Also need Document Shepherd review/approval re. our original question 12). 2023-11-13: Per document shepherd, RFC 9507, RFC 9508, and draft-irtf-icnrg-pathsteering will be published together. "yes, I think we should publish the three RFCs together and hold publication of 9507 and 9508 until pathsteering is ready."
