Section 5.2 says:

Content-Type: Multipart/Related; boundary=example-2;
             start="<950118.AEBH@XIson.com>"
             type="Text/x-Okie"

It should say:

Content-Type: Multipart/Related; boundary=example-2;
             start="<950118.AEBH@XIson.com>";
             type="Text/x-Okie"
