Section 2 should be consistent with the systematic use of the term "URI instead of "URL" Rationale: RFC 3986 (== STD 66), in section 1.1.3., at the bottom of page 7, specifies: ... Future specifications and related documentation should use the general term "URI" rather than the more restrictive terms "URL" and "URN" [RFC3305]. Admittedly, RFC1630 and RFC 1738 used the term "URL" -- but that was long before RFC 3986!
