RFC Editorial BoardThe RFC Editorial Board was formed in September 2003 to provide a broad range of editorial advice on RFC Editor operation, and in particular to provide substantial help with the task of reviewing independent submissions. The general goal of this board is to help the RFC Editor to maximize the quality and usefulness of the RFC series for the present and future Internet community. The Board does not concern itself with specific editorial issues related to IETF submissions. Members of the Editorial Board are chosen by the RFC Editor for broad and deep experience with the Internet technology and with technical publication. The board's conclusions are advisory; final responsibility rests with the RFC Editor. The present composition of the board (in alphabetical order) is:
