A more detailed explanation of the purpose of the list to be included on the mailman page and sent in the announcement of the list that is sent to the community: The 6lo WG created a Design Team at IETF 100 to address the issues caused by route-over fragmentation. This list is meant for that DT’s private discussions towards a proposal to be presented to the WG by (or before) IETF 101.
