Readers will report errata against whatever Publication format they are viewing.  The errata process will need to be modified to handle the potential conflicts between formats.

  - Should the errata system be modified to include a field to record what document format the reader is reporting against?
  - The info pages include a link to any errata associated with an RFC.  Should a frame be placed around the HTML format to directly link to errata associated with that RFC (see tools HTML version as an example)
  - Who checks back to the canonical version of the RFC to verify that the errata is not a transformation issue?
    - If the author submitted a text version of the RFC, they may be unwilling or unable to check the XML format.
