[rfc-i] Line art != ASCII art

Sorry to bring this up late, but in the publication field, "line art" means "art that is made up of lines", such as simple drawings and sketches. Someone outside the IETF reading draft-iab-rfcformatreq will be confused when we talk about replacing "line art" because we don't have line art now. Just calling it "ASCII art" is sufficient and matches what we have called it for more than 20 years.
