I'm sorry for the confusion.  I meant 1 in 200 RFCs with a vital(!)
importance to illustrate positioning and shape of non-ASCII glyphs.
I18N considerations in most RFCs can do just fine without it
(it would not have been possible to produce the last 15 years
 of ASCII RFCs if it wasn't).
