[rfc-i] Valid email addresses [last call "On Authors, Contributors, Editors, and overload."]

Hi All,

Regarding affiliations, we have left this for the authors to decide how their affiliation should appear.  However, we do require that email addresses be valid at the time a document is published, not only for future reference for readers, but for us to reach the authors during AUTH48.
