I have a quick comment on the IANA Considerations.

 From what I understood, the IAOC (IASA to be correct) signed the 
ICANN-IETF Agreement 2011 which covers the IANA SLA.  From what you 
said above, the IAOC does not have any contract or legal arrangement 
with IANA.  Could the IAOC please clarify this matter?
