[rfc-i] Future interaction of the Datatracker and the RFC Editor's tracker

I will be sending a notice out about the IT projects underway, including yours.  
Regrets if the lack thereof has caused some confusion.

That's why I brought the issue to this list: when the Datatracker is updated, the RFC Editor's tracker should change.
