Section Abstract says:

The Certification Authority (CA) that issues these short-lived 
certificates do not publish revocation information because the 
certificate lifespan that is shorter than the time needed to detect,
report, and distribute revocation information.

It should say:

The Certification Authority (CA) that issues these short-lived 
certificates do not publish revocation information because the 
certificate lifespan is shorter than the time needed to detect,
report, and distribute revocation information.

Notes:

In all formats, the abstract has a grammar typo - the "that is"
in the cited sentence should just be "is". It looks possibly like
an editing artifact from prior versions of the sentence.
