Section 11.1.3 says:
The Source AS field in the C-multicast route is set to value of the Originating Router's IP Address field of the found Intra-AS I-PMSI A-D route.
It should say:
The Source AS field in the C-multicast route is set to value of the Originating Router's IP Address field of the found Intra-AS I-PMSI A-D route when the Originating Router's IP Address is an IPv4 address.
Notes:
Source AS field in C-multicast route is a 4-octet field, and only an IPv4 address is possible to be filled in it. The Originating Router's IP Address can be an IPv6 address according to RFC6515.

It should say:
