Section 3.5.1.2.2 says:
If the TLV type is >= 0x8000 (high order bit 1) the TLV is silently dropped. Section "Unknown TLV in Known Message Type" elaborates on this behavior.
Notes:
There is no section with this title. The sentence in question should
have been deleted. It refers to a section that was deleted in a
version of the I-D that led to the RFC.

A reference for [Dobb] is missing. Rationale: In section 2.9.1, there is a mention of a problem with MD5. The text refers to [Dobb] but the reference section contains no citation. --VERIFIER NOTES-- RFC3036 has been obsoleted by RFC5036. The text that gives rise to this issue is a direct quote from RFC 2385. That reference should be explored to determine the full implications of the text.
