Section 18.2.7 says:

The client MUST include a Server Identifier option (see Section 21.3) in the 
Renew message, identifying the server that allocated the lease(s).

It should say:

The client MUST include a Server Identifier option (see Section 21.3) in the 
Release message, identifying the server that allocated the lease(s).

Notes:

The sentence should refer to the Release message since this subsection is about Release messages.
