Section 4.19.2 says:

   This practice is not safe for identities defined in a common module
   such as "iana-if-type" because the client is not required to know
   about "my-module" just because it knows about the "iana-if-type"
   module.

It should say:

   This practice is not safe for identities defined in a common module
   such as "iana-if-type" because the client is not required to know
   about "example-module" just because it knows about the "iana-if-type"
   module.

Notes:

The module in that section is called "example-module". Maybe "my-module" was used previously but the text in the last paragraph wasn't changed.
