Section 2 says:

Where Appropriate, Replacement of the IETF Executive Director
Position with the Managing Director, IETF Secretariat

It should say:

Do we even have a "Managing Director, IETF Secretariat"?

Section 2 calls out a number of places where the name should be changed. I think
that has proven to be wrong, and that leaving Exec Director, or *just removing it,*
is the right thing to do.
