It should say:

MD4 to Historic Status 

Notes:

The abbreviated title on all pages should say "MD4"; RFC 6150 is about MD4 (RFC 1320). A very similar document (RFC-to-be 6149) simultaneously obsoleted MD2 (RFC 1319).

A really, really bad cut-n-paste error. This draft discusses MD4 not MD2.
