Type: Technical
Publication Format(s) : TEXT

Reported By: Luís Câmara
Date Reported: 2018-01-01
Rejected by: Adrian Farrel
Date Rejected: 2018-04-14

Section 7.1 says:

It should say:

[RFC2119] Bradner, S., "Key words for use in RFCs to Indicate
Requirement Levels", BCP 14, RFC 2119, March 1997.

RFC 2119 key words (like SHOULD, SHOULD NOT, ...) are used throughout RFC 5514, but RFC 2119 is not referenced.
The presence of RFC 2119 boilerplate and reference is needed if and only if the authors intend the use of upper case words to be interpreted as defined in RFC 2119.
