Section 2 says:

PRF+(K, L, S) = truncate(L, T1 || T2 || .. || Tn)

It should say:

PRF+(K, L, S) = truncate(L, T0 || T1 || .. || Tn)

Notes:

Implementors have started the counter for the PRF+ construction at 0, not 1.
