It should say:

"oemboot": true,

Notes:

secboot was renamed to oemboot in https://github.com/ietf-rats-wg/eat/pull/340. The example was renamed in https://github.com/ietf-rats-wg/eat/pull/342 but somehow the final RFC did not include the change.
