It should say:

nistAlgorithms OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= { joint-iso-itu-t(2)
  country(16) us(840) organization(1) gov(101) csor(3)
  nistAlgorithm(4) }

Notes:

The term inside the object should be 'nistAlgorithm(4)' (i.e., without a trailing 's') to be consistent with the NIST definition (https://csrc.nist.gov/projects/computer-security-objects-register/algorithm-registration).
