Section 6.2 says:
performs full DNSSEC validation locally [RFC6698]
It should say:
performs full DNSSEC validation locally [RFC4033]
Notes:
Wrong RFC reference. The correct reference is RFC 4033 for DNSSEC and "Validating Stub Resolver" definition.
