Section 3.18 says:

3.18. Swap Server

   This specifies the IP address of the client's swap server.

   The code for this option is 16 and its length is 4.

It should say:

Notes:

The length is static, not dynamic. The length in the diagram should be 4, not n.

While the correct is valid, this RFC has been obsoleted by RFC 2132 and a errata 487 has already been filed against the same error in RFC 2132.
