Throughout the document, when it says:
Network Working Group M. Wong Request for Comments: 4408 W. Schlitt Category: Experimental April 2006
It should say:
Network Working Group M. Wong Request for Comments: 4408 W. Schlitt Category: Experimental April 2006 OBSOLETED BY: 7208
Notes:
I saw recent discussions mentioning RFC 4408 and copying the phrase "it does not specify an Internet standard of any kind", which implies the authors browsed the RFC but didn't see a link to the actual version of SPF.
--VERIFIER NOTES--
Currently, “Obsoleted by” appears on the info page, html format, and Datatracker page for each RFC, but not in the txt or pdf formats.
