Section 2.8.1 says:
The value of Type-P-One-way-Delay could change if the protocol (UDP or TCP), port number, size, or arrangement for special treatment (e.g., IP DS Field [RFC2780], Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN) [RFC3168], or RSVP) changes.
It should say:
The value of Type-P-One-way-Packet-Loss could change if the protocol (UDP or TCP), port number, size, or arrangement for special treatment (e.g., IP DS Field [RFC2780], Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN) [RFC3168], or RSVP) changes.
Notes:
The original text is not incorrect and a change in Type-P-One-way-Delay could also imply a change in Type-P-One-way-Packet-Loss. Therefore, and as this section refers to the Type-P-One-way-Packet-Loss, it would be more accurate to refer to Type-P-One-way-Packet-Loss directly.
