Section C.3 says:

It should say:

   The priority of the absolute form of the request URI over the Host
   header field by origin servers has been made explicit to align with
   proxy handling. (Section 3.2.2)

Notes:

This text should be added after the second paragraph.

After the referred text was moved between RFC-to-be 9110 and 9112 [1], this item from "Changes from 7230" was not caught up.
