Section 5.2 says:

It should say:

                / iana-token  ; registered as described in section 10.2

Notes:

I am uncertain of whether this should be a "technical" or "editorial" report.

The currently referenced section 12 is the References section.

The reference should instead be to section 10.2 (or maybe 10.2.5).
