Section 3.8.8.3 says:

rstatus    = "REQUEST-STATUS" rstatparam ":"
             statcode ";" statdesc [";" extdata]

It should say:

rstatus    = "REQUEST-STATUS" rstatparam ":"
             statcode ";" statdesc [";" extdata] CRLF

Notes:

All other properties are specified to end with a CRLF. There seems to be no reason for this property to be an exception.
