Section Appendix D says:

As with the Labeled CBOR Sequence {#sequences}, this choice of the
tag content places the ASCII characters "CBOR" prominently into the
header.

It should say:

As with the Labeled CBOR Sequence (Section 2.3), this choice of the
tag content places the ASCII characters "CBOR" prominently into the
header.

Notes:

It looks like a typo in the markdown (a missing pair of curly brackets) managed to trickle through the publication process.
