Section 4.1.4 says:

Unrecognized subtypes which also specify an unrecognized charset 
should be treated as "application/octet- stream".

It should say:

Unrecognized subtypes which also specify an unrecognized charset 
should be treated as "application/octet-stream".

Notes:

Extra space in "application/octet- stream"
