Section 3.4 says:
1. Temperature changes in the Temperature Control Protocol are indicated by the U+2206 character ("Δ").
It should say:
1. Temperature changes in the Temperature Control Protocol are indicated by the U+2206 character ("∆").
Notes:
This applies to the PDF version only (https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc7997.pdf); the issue is repeated in the following lines.
The character on display is 'GREEK CAPITAL LETTER DELTA' (U+0394), not 'INCREMENT' (U+2206).
