Content-Type: message/external-body;
              access-type=mail-server
              server="[email protected]";
              expiration="Fri, 14 Jun 1991 19:13:14 -0400 (EDT)"

It should say:

Content-Type: message/external-body;
              access-type=mail-server;
              server="[email protected]";
              expiration="Fri, 14 Jun 1991 19:13:14 -0400 (EDT)"

Notes:

Semicolons were missing.
