Section 4.5.7 says: 

   obs-received    =   "Received" *WSP ":" *received-token CRLF

It should say:

   obs-received    =   "Received" *WSP ":"
                       [1*received-token / CFWS] [ ";" date-time CRLF ]

Notes:

Erratum 3979 already describes that CFWS should be allowed in an otherwise empty list of received-tokens. This adds an optional date-time after that.
