It should say:

   Header: Source

   Used for:    hierarchy
   Mandatory:   no
   Inheritable: yes
   Repeatable:  yes

Notes:

This header is repeatable, as stated in Section 11.

However, it is currently unclear whether section 6.3.4 is correct (note use of the singular in the explanatory text) of whether section 11 is correct.
