Section 4 says:

   An attached time stamp makes it possible to distinguish between
   new and old data and to avoid loops in the propagation.

It should say:

   An attached timestamp makes it possible to distinguish between
   new and old data and to avoid loops in the propagation.

Notes:

For consistency throughout the document, spell "timestamp" instead of "time stamp".
