Section 12.2 says: 

   [SampleEnc]

It should say:

   [SampleEnc]
              Apple Inc., "MPEG-2 Stream Encryption Format for HTTP Live
              Streaming",

              documentation/AudioVideo/Conceptual/HLS_Sample_Encryption/
              Encryption/Encryption.html>.

Notes:

The [SampleEnc] reference is currently a broken link.
