Section 1 says:

   Each SNTP packet is transmitted as tht TS-Userdata
   parameter of a T-UNITDATA Request primitive.

It should say:

   Each SNTP packet is transmitted as the TS-Userdata
   parameter of a T-UNITDATA Request primitive.
