Section 4.3.4.1 says:

The value is a quoted-string that specifies an ordered, backslash-
separated ("/") list of parameters.

It should say:

The value is a quoted-string that specifies an ordered, forward slash-
separated ("/") list of parameters.

Notes:

Confirmed by authors that this is a forward slash.
