Section 10 says: 

Errata 4168 states the modified text should be:

       vrrpv3OperationsAcceptMode OBJECT-TYPE
           SYNTAX       TruthValue
           MAX-ACCESS   read-create
           STATUS       current
           DESCRIPTION
              "Controls whether a virtual router in master state
              will accept packets addressed to the address owner's
              address as its own if it is not the address
              owner.  Default is false(2).
           DEFVAL       { false }
           ::= { vrrpv3OperationsEntry 11 }

It should say:

Notes:

The DESCRIPTION needs a closing quote at the end.
