Section 3.7 says: 

      ( 2.5.13.40 NAME 'algorithmIdentifier'
           DESC 'X.509 Algorithm Identifier Match'
           SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.1.15.7 )

It should say:

      ( 2.5.13.40 NAME 'algorithmIdentifierMatch'
           DESC 'X.509 Algorithm Identifier Match'
           SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.1.15.7 )

Notes:

The name should be 'algorithmIdentifierMatch', in order to be used in section 4.7 as an EQUALITY MatchingRule.
