Section 4 says:

(original NTP described in RFC-959) messages are no longer supported.

It should say:

(original NTP described in RFC-958) messages are no longer supported.

Notes:

RFC959 is the FTP protocol, not NTP version 0 (RFC958). It should be noted that RFC 1361 is obsolete.
