Section 11a says:

       There are four values for the first digit of the reply code:      11a

It should say:

       There are five values for the first digit of the reply code:      11a

Notes:

Technical type (vs. Editorial) although operation was not affected ("four" cannot reasonably be considered a misspelling of "five")

Reply code first digit values per sections 11b through 11f are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
