Section 8 says: 

   the encoding name SHALL be "mp3" (the same as the MIME subtype).

It should say:

   the encoding name SHALL be "mpa-robust" (the same as the MIME
   subtype).

Notes:

Appendix A:
"backpointer": the size (in bytes) of the backpointer for this
frame
Should be:
"backpointer": the value (expressed in bytes) of the backpointer for
this frame
Appendix A2:
In the function "insertDummyADUsIfNecessary()":
curADU
Should be:
prevADU
Appendix B2:
The two occurrences of "32" should be "256"
