Section 5.4. says:

The Disconnection-Reason AVP contains the reason the Diameter node 
issued the Disconnect-Peer-Request message.

It should say:

The Disconnect-Cause AVP contains the reason the Diameter node 
issued the Disconnect-Peer-Request message.

Notes:

(There is no such AVP named Disconnection-Reason)
