Section 3.1.8 says:

   :Trillian SQUIT cm22.eng.umd.edu :Server out of control ; Command
                                   from Trillian from to disconnect
                                   "cm22.eng.umd.edu" from the net with
                                   comment "Server out of control".

It should say:

   :Trillian SQUIT cm22.eng.umd.edu :Server out of control
                                     ; Command from Trillian to disconnect
                                     "cm22.eng.umd.edu" from the net with
                                     comment "Server out of control".

Notes:

A "from" too much. (I also inserted a new line break to make it look nicer and lined the comments up.)
